Meetings

BCOAG meetings are held the second Thursday of each month from 1100 to 1230 (EST). Meeting notes will be posted online once they are approved and signed. The BCOAG website committee has begun to post BCOAG minutes from 2008 through current. If you would like to have a copy of the previous BCOAG meetings, please contact the website committee. The meeting minutes provide a complete report of all major decisions and issues discussed. BCOAG members who were not be able to attend a particular meeting can review or download approved meeting minutes on the minutes page.
